Kena fined $300 yesterday for failing to book for IPPT within my window period..it was not my 1st but the fine kept getting higher each time...sian.
Anyway..was thinking with that amount i could pamper myself with a new bag or something..i felt rather lousy & angry with myself looking at the receipt of the fine. Usually a receipt always comes with a new purchase but not this..
Anyway when i saw this pair of Nike, i decided that this will be my most expensive Nike shoes ever- $459 inclusive of the $300..so that the pain of the fine could be soothed ..NOW i have 2 receipts & a pair of Nike footwear..hehe
I also went to Ikea after paying my fine to get a frame for the self portrait presented to me by the secondary 4s NCOs. The picture now looks more complete with the new frame.

I also understood that the secs 4s, under the OIC-ship of SBS, had worked very hard to make my surprise farewell during the POP a successful one.

SBS also managed to 'curi' my picture from my personal collection to put it on the cake..which was too beautiful to be eaten.

..& my cadets are the most thoughtful bunch of students i've ever met, they bought a strawberry cake instead of the more popular chocolate flavour, knowing i dun like chocolate..thank u everybody.
The sec 3s even recited a poem on dark chocolate, comparing it to me...more of the poem in my next entry perhaps.
