Left school @ ard 9.30pm 2nite..i received another sms from my nutty tenant. He said his cousin gonna come over to accompany him tonite coz he felt a presence in the house AGAIN while i was in school for the POP-BBQ the nite before. He sounded rather serious in his sms when he narrated what happened the nite before when he was all alone @ home, my residence. He is my 3rd tenant so far- although the 1st was a free-loader & a totally different story altogether- but the only one with stories UTT would want in his show.
