We are known as the LOA trainees..hehe...a week after we arrived, all 6 of us were put on quarantined for a week. Unfortunately one of us was infected with H1N1 after visiting her bf ,who got it from the SMU cluster. Coincidentally the bf happened to be my ex-student whom i met when i was doing my first practicum in 2000..its a small world afterall.
Well..another trainee pictured above, has a bf who is a fireman who happens to bake as a hobby. Lucky us, we got to taste those homemade cookies and those decadently sinfully-melt-in- your-mouth cheesecake, made with loads of love. The gf wanted us to share the calories-laden dessert with her, in her attempt to maintain her comely figure. Well, glad we did, cos the cake was simply too good to say no to..thank u Pei fen.
Btw..it was the last day for three of them yesterday.
Well like i always say..when i made new friends..dun say good bye..just say see u again..cos we gonna see each other again in campus soon...
