I received another request to view my room last nite. My second so far.
It was a Korean teacher looking for a smaller apartment since his wife and 2 sons are going back to Korea soon. He liked the room but it was his wife who tried to quibble for a lower rental which i refused. They promised to call after they discussed about it at home but i knew that the hubby really like the room.
I had another visit last week, from a Korean mother who was viewing it on behalf of her son, or so i thot, but apparently she was the decision maker cos she was going to stay with her 14 year old son. However, I was relieved that she felt the room wasnt suitable for them..cos i dun wanna a mother-child team in my apartment.
Perhaps i should be patient..or toss a coin between my 2 previous tenants..haha..Labels: Home
