I wanna share something funny...very funny actually..
I was on msn last nite when someone familiar came online.
He: Hei Sham
Me: Hei 2u 2
He: I miss u
Me: HAR??
I was definitely shocked.
It was my previous tenant. Apparently, he is feeling miserable in his new apartment. I thot he will be more comfortable living with a family of the same nationality but i was as wrong as him..haha..
He is dismal coz he was indirectly told that cooking was discouraged in the house, tho it was allowed in their agreement.
He is depressed & warm at nite coz he will be charged extra if he uses the aircon in the room.
He is despondent cos no one gives a hoot of his existence there.
HE WAS MISERABLE & asked me if i would mind if he moves back to my apartment.
ME: (Speechless)

..btw my previous tenant before my last tenant has also been calling me since May and asked whether the room that he used to rent was still available...I must have been a REALLY GOOD landlord...hahahaha
