I was pissed..
My apartment is a corner corridor unit with a little space next to my door with a metal ladder leading to the roof...well im on the highest floor.
Anyway..after class on Friday nite, I found an NTUC trolley being 'parked' at that space next to my unit. They were also some cabinet parts, apparently left for awhile now, after a neighbour at the lower unit renovated their kitchen.
I was pissed..
that i did not do anything when they first appeared & now with the trolley, my neighbours have inconsiderately and slowly turning this space into a store area.
I was pissed..
cos I have seen a toy car, those for 4 years old to sit and 'drive' with their legs.. disposed at the same space before BUT i have kindly brought it down to the garbage area at the void deck.
I WAS EXTREMELY PISSED,
that i immediately wrote notes on A4 papers & pasted them on over the trolley and the cabinet parts.
PLEASE THROW THESE AWAY! THIS IS NOT A STORE AREA!
Well after i returned from my JB trip last nite, the notes were gone..& so was the trolley..apparently some neighbours felt guilty!

Received an sms & then a letter.. The sms read..'RU at home? Can i speak with u" Well...i was resting in my room...it was already 11pm! I simple ignored the sms...find a better timing to speak, i mentally replied the sms...hehe
Anyway..coming back from my morning jog the next day, i found a note left on the coffee table. He wanted to leave..my tenant that is. Well...i thought he stay a little too long already. I found him arrogant & cocky at time..well maybe in my next post i will discuss more about this snobbish guy who felt that i have done nothing to make his stay in my house more comfortable.
BLOODY HELL...i am renting the room...he is my tenant..I have no obligation to play Little House on the Prairie with him. I can choose not to be friendly with him. Korean Bodoh!!

I received an sms enquiring about the availability of my room for rent.
It came from an unknown number..so i asked for more information of the sender tho' i have no more room to rent...& i dun remember advertising on it.
Apparently it was a friend from my last tenant, the one who claimed that my home is definitely haunted..watever..anyway, he wanted to rent my room again, & willing to pay my current asking price.
I was pissed..NOt only he left with my house key..he also still owed me a week's rent.
I lambasted his friend in my sms reply to him..& queried why should i give him a second chance after the 1st incident...gila..

Woke up this morning & realized he had left..apparently he had quit his job & no longer afford to pay the rent. Silly me to actually believed him. I have no hard feelings againt him..but he left with the gate keys. Thru his sms, he said he had called me & knocked on my bedroom door but i was too deep in slumberland to realize it..Luckily thats the only key gave him..i must now lock my wooden door & wil get the padlock lock soon...StOOpid tenant..
Anyway, he left some of his things behind like the bedsheets and pillowcases..which i will burn together with the pillows & the bolster. Luckily the mattress is still wrapped with the plastic covering..or i will have to burn that too. I have been airing the room, with fabreze, the air freshener and even scented candles but his stench seemed to linger..
However he has also left behind all these glasses that he has accumulated during the Olympic
season..which i can use cos they are still in their packaging..hehe

Waited for him till midnite..my tenant was supposed to leave by Saturday but since i will be at Ubin till Sunday i tot Sunday was a better choice. His laundries were still hanging in the kitchen, his barang-barang were all packed and his slippers were still outside the door. However there was still no sign of him..sms-ed him many times but received no reply. Should i be worried??
I am goin to bed now and i tot i might as well lock the doors so that he will call me when he cant enter the house..but i tot otherwise so that i can sleep in peace..hehehe..
