Went for refresher course again yesterday...year after year..same old same old. After reading Shaggy's blog..i decided to write about my experience too. We decided to go on a Saturday, & missing out going with our experts ex-colleagues, cos we have classes on weekdays.
I should say it was stricter this time round..no refreshing of memories, no goin thru the procedure..just test straight away!
Immediately..no time wasted..but it still went on forever..whole Saturday burnt!
I felt the test on the PPE, rope types, maintainance of the ropes & the whole command & respond...was a REAL TIME waster. Imagined having to listen to the whole procedure 12 times over & over like a broken record..sianzz..
The abseil setup station was my last station, & it was that last station that i messed-up! Needed a re-test, the same station i did a retest last year..this time without Sally...haha..
Finally, got my new card.. a little LC if u asked me, comparing to the last one..just my thot lah!  Labels: Others
