Another year..another round..another get together..for paru, lontong, rusuk masak hitam & ayam masak merah..yummy..& good company..definitely good company.
I always look forward to Hari Raya.. An excuse to redecorate the room..a new coat of paint..perhaps new draperies...new baju..haha.. However..i have no such mood this year..even the visits to Geylang Serai was limited to 2 neccessary visits this year..even iftars with frens were minimised.
As the Hari Raya songs were being played in the air, they were usually accompanied by sing-along as i lip syned to these seasonal songs HOWEVER it was not to be as I rushed to complete my projects and presentations...many more assignments due..and an installation project to be completed and set-up by early October...the mood of Eid-Mubarak is soreless missed!!
Tuesday, September 15, 2009 It was the dreadful and much feared Tuesday morning tutorial..I was hoping that HE is in the best mood. Not only that we are terribly fearful of him..it was also my presentation day. PRAY i did. However...less then 15 minutes into the tutorial..HE walked out on us. "Call me when all of are ready..i'll be at the canteen"..he coolly packed his bag before he slammed the door behind him.. HE was having His PMS AGAIN!!
Saturday, September 5, 2009 Attended an NCO camp over the weekend...something i missed so much after i left my OC-ship to better hands. Well, it was also a time to get together with my TOs and ex-cadets...it was really heartwarming to see new blood leading the younger batch. Well done Camp OIC and AOIC.
Of course any camps will not be complete with the TOs camping for the camera...haha
Thursday, September 3, 2009 I have chosen SOCIAL NETWORKING as my theme for my FYP which will be followed by an exhibition at the end of the year.
After my first conference with my supervisor..i have decided to explore the possibilities of having a FACEBOOK account..which i have refused for the longest time. Not succumbing to pressure as most thoughts..as i really have enuf friends..REALLY!!..but all in the name of research..haha
After many visitors.. After many enquiries.. After many " I'll call u back"... Finally..i found my new tenants...a Filipino husband & wife team.. Finally i will have extra income.. Finally..after a long 3 months...
