I was in school trying to complete my assignment when my phone rang. The number that appeared on my mobile had a +82 country code. It was a call enquiring about the availability of my room that has been occupied since July.My Korean ex-tenant has helped me to advertise the availability of my room in a Korean website, & the call was to enquire about it.
The caller, a 27 year old Korean, is coming to Singapore next month to further his university studies for 2 years.
I immediately said yes to him & we exchanged emails so that he can update me on his schedule to Singapore.
Well, now i have a difficult task to inform my present tenant, who still thinks that my house has other 'tenants' that he needs to leave by month end..hehe
