My tenant wanted to bring his friends over again, he informed me through sms..2nd time this month.
I dun really like him bringing his cousins or friends over, especially to stay over..but i always answered his sms..'OKAY! NOTED!'
However,this time round i replied '..maybe Not!'
He sounded mad in his reply as i guess he did not expect me to say no to him. He brought up the supposedly agreement that we had made which allow him to bring friends home.
If my memory doesnt fail me..i agreed to visits not staying overs...APA JERR!!Labels: Home
