A friend's boyfriend called me the other day, "do u wanna rent your room ...?" he asked, stressing that he has a foreign friend who might be interested in my room.
"..well u dun have to to give your answer now.." he added
The next day, he called again,insisting that i dont have to let the room just because i feel obligated since i am looking for a long term tenant..bla, bla, bla..& after agreeing on the rental price, he said he called again to check with his friend.
Not long, he called again & said the price was good..& so it was settled...hehe..i sure need that extra income.
However, another call followed & said his friend needed to cook daily & so my place wasnt an ideal place afterall, & so the deal was off!!
LAME...all those negotiation was futile...LAME..cos he knows im very particular abt food...SIMPLY he was just being LAME!!
